Curriculum Organiser for Schools

There are five components of the ‘School Curriculum Organiser’:

  • School Curriculum Centre – Public Folders: contain all planning documents accessible by all teachers.
  • School shared folder: A ‘Holding Bay’, within which teachers can place documents for sharing. It is a ‘quality control folder’ so that curriculum leaders can edit, and then place in the appropriate location.
  • Collaborative group sharing folders: Specific groups can be created. Members may share documents. e.g. Literacy, or Year 3 teachers.
  • Accountability folder: Teachers place ‘School Record documents’ used for school accountability e.g. overview of planned units of work. The process is a very simple ‘right click and check’.
  • Assessment folder: Teachers ‘drag and drop’ the agreed assessment records for each term. Records may be entered for school reports – as a clerical task.
